Some Valentine's Day Cards...

Hi everyone! Today I’m posting my monthly scrapbookgraphics.com hybrid project – this month is Valentine’s Day Cards. I used two digitals kits for these cards: the just released Impressions of Chocolate Kit and the previous Valentine’s Day Kit released by the Studio Collective, Impressions of Delight.

I’m working on a project concept that will hopefully end up in the Studio Collective Store – phased hybrid card projects. The phasing applies to the paper side of the project (not the digital). The phases will be levels of embellishment. So, if all you have for physical supplies are cardstock, scissors and adhesive, you can still make a very nice card. If you want to do more embellishing (like stitching, buttons, or glitter) there will be a phase 2 of the design included for that purpose. Hope this is making sense…

Here are a few cards to show the concept. The first image of each card is the simple hybrid version and the second image is the more embellished version. The last image of the post has a few detailed images of the embellishments.
